Why Is This Study Being Done?

There are helpful services for people with chronic life-limiting diseases. However, we understand from other research that most people connect the words “hospice” and “palliative” with end of life.

In this study, we are looking for ideas about what those services could be called so that people would be interested in them, and what services would be included.
